WED 10th June Session Three Racing & Peaking, Recovery Schedules & Indicators. Micro & Macro Cycles.
THU 11th June Session Four: Goal-Setting. Writing a Schedule. Special Considerations for Beginners, Youths, Marathon etc
SUN 14th June BONUS SESSION EXAM REVIEW – Certification assistance.
