Lorraine Moller speaks about the 4th and 5th principles of Lydiard Training: Sequential and Timed Training

Lydiard Training is made up of 5 basic principles. The fourth principle is Sequential Training.  This means that each piece of training builds upon itself, to make you or your athlete faster. The fifth principle is Timing. This means you must time your training correctly, to be able to perform at your highest potential.
