Lorraine Moller speaks about the 2nd and 3rd principles of Lydiard Training: Feeling Based and Response Regulated Training

Lydiard Training is made up of 5 basic principles. The second principle is Feeling Based Training.  You must be able to read your body. The third principle is Response regulation. This means you must allow sufficient recovery, to become faster.
